About the project and area
Pearl Jumeirah is a human-made island located in the vicinity of Port Rashid, off the coast of Dubai. Meraas is responsible for the project, offering infrastructure and selling land for development purposes. The reclaimed island spans 8.3 million square feet, and when completed will feature seven residential areas, a town centre with retail outlets, a 2km promenade, mosques, schools, beaches, and waterfront hotels. From 2009 to 2011, the island was created, and individual villas are still being constructed. In 2016, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai opened its doors on the north beach.

Such a nice place in the heart of old Dubai place and in the sea.. All around sea 🌊if you have a home there it's very good to stay in claim and quiet environment. In summer you may treated with worst humidity because of you are in full around sea water

I work as a driver for a company. I was sitting on a bench nearby to rest. A security guard came and said, please leave this place, take your vehicle and leave the area. I said I was just resting. He said these seats are for residents only. I said there is no one here at this time. I am the only one. They are also human and I am also human. I said I will stay because it is very hot this afternoon. But he refused.
