Beautiful community in Dubai. Perfect for a family for the kids to safely play in the park. My 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment is directly facing the park with amazing views.

Good for visitors not for residents. Lack of parking, i have 1 slot for a 2 bedroom!!!! Why m i living in Marina ?! Security guys everywhere looking for your smallest mistake to make drama and escalate, unfriendly for delivery services as they want to force people using business around and its not working coz when you hate your place you won’t consume in it. Not safe anymore for kids as they allowed cars inside park at a desperate action to create more business. There is grass but not allowed to picnic or lay out or even play football… its only for showing Mosquitos at every seasons Very poor building quality you can see my 4 years old kitchen Neighbors are not friendly or welcoming, 2 years now, we still know no one. People living under stress so they share it around. AC and Dewa bills out of scope (yes AC is the highest charge in Dubai) Horrible traffic every morning as only 1 way out. Carrefour market, Geant and Spinneys are expensive with no real promotions. No schools or reliable clinic. Basically we are kinda trapped in a golden jail where you have to spend money to destress Many other issues just ask long time residents to tell you about Planning to shift to Motor City by the end of my contract, at least it is less stressful and near to everything.
