I’ve been living in Parkside 1 (Emaar South) since February, and I’m extremely alarmed by the complete lack of pest control in the community. Just yesterday, two snakes were found inside the community room where children play daily. This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. Since moving in, I have not seen or heard any fogging or pest control activities—unlike other Emaar communities such as Dubai Hills, where fogging is done regularly (every 3 weeks, early mornings). The rising heat only increases the threat of snakes, scorpions, and other pests, yet there appears to be no preventive measures in place. This level of negligence is shocking for a community managed by Emaar, a name that’s supposed to stand for quality and safety. Residents deserve: Immediate pest control action Ongoing treatment schedules Transparent communication This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a serious safety risk for families, especially children. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Emaar to act responsibly.

From Bali ,and decide to live in Parkside 1 ,We live here now,,so happy to call this parkside to be our house now🥰we love the community area here,nice big gym /nice pool and nice coworking also,,,we have nice neighbors that they invite us to come to them house and having dinner together 🥰 and everything is new for all this houses,and modern 👌👌

Lots of maintenance issues since we moved in two months ago. Foul smell from the drains, low water pressure, faulty toilets. Maintenance has to come more than 1 time as usually it’s a quick fix rather than properly fixing it. I am worried what will happen when the 1 year warranty expires…update: after all initial issues were fixed under warranty less maintenance issues were discovered although cracks in the wall are now starting to show which is worrying. I have added stars as we like the community it outweighs the maintenance issues so much we renewed the rent.

Parkside 1 is a very nice residential town in Dubai south. It's a very nice place to live. This is a very peaceful location to stay with family. Here the rents are a little bit lower than other areas of Dubai. Even if you want to buy it still has budget Prices. There is a community centre for Dubai south you can buy all your home needs. Your kids can play here and you can go cycling(there is no cycle track if i am not wrong?. I didn't notice. Parkside 1 is very near to Dubai south airport. Dubai expo and Dubai parks are also near this town.

Although the community is beautiful these 3BR townhouses are a real joke. What a horrible layout ! The living and kitchen spaces are so small that neither is sufficient for the designated activity. Urbana is much better than these tiny bird houses. The bedrooms are tiny too. The maid room should not be called maid room because it is incapable to house an adult human. May as well call it a store room. Please avoid this tragedy of house
