Have to say tenancy from hell Ex tenant from 304. First of all maintenance! Flooding from drainage all the way through my tenancy! Literally sewage water coming in to my kitchen from the drain! I made reports about this over 20 occasions and just got lies from management Next while trying to take my belongings on holiday Managment ordered the security to assault me and block me from taking my suit case as seen in the video attached Avoid At ALL COSTS Next Tennant will not have the issues with the doors not closing properly Drainage won’t be fixed Everything will be as it was
