Extremely disappointed with my experience in this building. The noise is constant day and night especially from construction tools and drilling that never seem to stop. It’s exhausting and makes it hard to rest or focus. I’ve raised several complaints to the management, but unfortunately, nothing gets resolved. There’s a serious lack of response and accountability from the supervisors. It feels like residents comfort is simply not a priority here. Walls are incredibly thin, so even the smallest sounds from neighbors can be heard clearly. Regret choosing this place. I expected basic peace and professionalism sadly that’s not what I found.

I cannot get the money that i deposited back. They are doing everything possible to delay me. False promises and excuses. Sixty days and i am still waiting for refund. I cannot apply for refund because sixty days i cannot speak with anyone. The senior relations manager does not care. No solution. I called the headquarter they refered me back to the manager. The worst customer experience is here. I never thought i will be begging people to get my money back . Thank god i did not commit.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing delay in processing my EOI refund. Despite my repeated requests over the past month, including numerous emails and phone calls, I have not received a satisfactory solution. Customer service continues to respond with, "We are working to solve your problem," without any tangible results. Additionally, my attempts to reach a manager or director at Damac have been unsuccessful, as they refused to share any contact details. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the company's commitment to customer service. According to Damac's policy, refunds should be processed within 10 working days. It has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive my money. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I came for a meeting to meet someone from Mortgage department in Damac sales Center to discuss Mortgage details on ready to move unit however someone else from sales came telling me what the customer service promised you by phone is not exist and we have only off-plan buildings. Very unprofessional
