Mega project under construction by Emaar in dubai hills. Consist of 3 phases namely towers A,B,C

Recently finished residential building surrounded by active construction sites. Located in the Southern region of Barsha, the area is still under development and will result in an over crowded residential cluster. Adjacent construction site start using heavy machinery in the early hours of the morning and since Emaar claims to have a permit from the government that allows them to operate 24/7, any complaints will be ignored. Arguable finishing, thin walls, thin glass doors. The units require constant maintenance due to severe walls and tiles cracking.

Bad building quality, very tin walls. You hear all the noises from neighbors and outside. Within 6 months Emaar had to come at least 15 times to fix issues
