If you can do not ever consider moving to Dubai Hills. Worst community i ever seen. One of a few buildings i will not be missing in Dubai. People commented about quality and i can confirm this. This is the most cost efficient one from Dubai Hills, so you cannot have too high expectation. I could raise many arguments around security and housekeeping. Overall i dont recommend it. Park is great addition, so enjoy it as much as you can. Bad experience with landlord who prolonged deposit refund without a cause. My advice is to include in rent contract when deposit has to be returned, otherwise you can wait for ages. I feel free person after leaving this place-very weired but honest feeling.

Great building with its own private entrance to the park. Grocery stores are nearby, as well as coffee shops . A pharmacy is also very close. I had a very good landlord and a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on a low floor — and yet, it was still very quiet. Dubai Hills is truly one of the best locations in the city. Park Ridge is a well-maintained, high-quality building.

The community is super good - perfect for anyone. There are plenty of high restaurants nearby. Beautiful villas all around, golf courses and amazing school within walking distance. Park ridge tower c decently one of the best Builduings with its Own access to the park on the first floor

I’ve never had a single issue - not with the building, nor with the apartment. EMAAR looks after its property, the security is always polite and respectful. Impossible to find similar area like Dubai hills, while Park Ridge allows for direct access to the jewel crown of the area - its Park! Gym is nice by the way)

One of the most low quality buildings of Emaar, I’m shocked ! One rainy day and electricity starts to cut off , elevators stop, parking waterfalls could damage your car and balconies water comes inside apartment literally the water comes from under the tiles this is how bad the tiling is ! walls are fiber you can hear anything next door .even the only good thing which is the park is full of cats and food cans on the floor everywhere. Honestly this building not worth the price at all can’t wait to leave it .
