Absolutely love Dubai Hills estate.. it’s good to rent but if you are looking to buy I wouldn’t recommend it as the quality is not that great.. Emaar used quite cheap material so it’s often breaks.. but apart of it it is a very friendly family area to live in.

Low cost, very small rooms, 2 beds for kids cannot fit, it has only been 1 year and we have already had 4 AC problems, and once the Elevator lift hadn't been working for 2 weeks, you will see the weirdest parking, the cars parking area are infront of each other not next to each other.
