Parking is an absolute nightmare for those whose offices are in the building. They don’t allow you to use to the parking provided - it’s for valet service only, you can’t park in the basement, you’re lucky if get RTA parking because it’s full 99% of the time, and the security will tell you to move when use the residence parking.

Difficult to find parking space ! Every day struggle with parking place ! As I know Emaar is making more parking next to the building, please build the same as business park , so many people working here in 2 buildings, but there is no same amount of parking provided to the staff.
