The apartments are tiny and ideal for singles/couples only. Here is what I love- the apartment finishes, area (not so busy, mall, community park and hospital near by), security and staff 5 stars. A rather longer list of cons- no parking for visitors/a second car/public parking near by! Visitors just randomly park in resident spots. Aircon to a certain point is somehow controlled by the building. You like cooking/baking - if the fire alarm is triggered in any of the 3 towers, the gas automatically gets turned off and you wont even know as there is no trigger like an alarm that goes on in the apartment. Alot of Airbnb listings and have had my share of unruly short term neighbors and dog owners. No apartment maintenance such as AC filter cleaning etc covered by the management or the leasing owner- your own cost. Down side of buildings that have different leasing owners I guess- there is no control- different rent for every apartment- and even if you are able to ignore all of the above, still the obnoxious hike in the rent by these greedy owners is unacceptable and a circus really!

It’s very lovely place and very kind staff, but! There is too many children on the swimming pool and they are very loud. They playing and screaming right now. I can’t just relax and read book, it’s unreal. But there are special pool for children, I don’t know why are they on the pool for adults.

Since I moved into this building in April, the structural issues have been non-stop. I have a leakage in the bathroom ceiling which is coming from the apartment unit above mine. It completely damaged the cement ceiling of the bathroom (when you open the false ceiling). Moreover, this leakage has caused black mold in the false ceiling. In addition, my air condition even though it's cooling, has been producing humidity non-stop. The humidity inside my apartment has been constantly ranging between 75%-82%. Where is Emaar in this? NO support whatsoever. They are really dismissive and saying the landlord's warranty is over so I need to figure out their building's damage on my own. Hired several maintenance companies to figure out why my apartment is constantly humid. Nobody can figure out where it's coming from. My floors are constantly damp. My clothing is constantly damp. Even my skin is having flare ups. Some of my items have gathered mold on them due to the dampness. I wish Emaar could at least let me know what is the source of this humidity so that I can proceed to hire a company to fix it at least. On top of this, the building's main garbage collection room is right next to the building entrance lobby-- whenever I enter the building, I have to smell garbage.

the apartments finishing is spectacular, but like everything else Emaar does, the space is minimal, 600sq ft for 1 bedroom is very small, yet above market average price.
