Amazing building with great facilities . It's very close to DIFC and DWTC. includes a kids' play area, a landscaped podium, a lush lawn podium, a state-of-the-art health club, ample parking, children play areas, food and beverage facilities, Choithrams supermarket and playful water features. 6 mins walk to the metro, Al Jafilia station.

I have been their Starbucks. They have a good vibe, the place is quiet, good for meet ups. However, there is limited parking space.
