Very Good building for facilities, but when it comes to noise, yes sometimes it gets noisy by the pool and the security don't really do anything about it, rather than this it's way better than so many buildings in JVC

The apartment is stunning, and the landlord is among the kindest people in Dubai. However, the building management is inferior. The manager is extremely rude, careless, cynical, and unprofessional. We were trying to assemble our furniture and curtains on a Sunday at 2 pm, but the notices around the building don't specify specific times or days for drilling. Despite this, he didn't allow us and even threatened me over the phone. When we tried again on Monday at 7 pm, the workers were again not allowed to proceed. The communication is awful, the rudeness is consistent, and the security often uses his mobile for personal matters as he's on duty.

Great building in a central location near mosque, parks and restaurants. Security is friendly. Building maintenance is progressing.

I am completing my second year in this building. So far , I am very satisfied with Security and Maintenance , Janitor teams. They always do the best. Sound isolation and air circulation are bad.If someone cooks sth strong you can smell it in whole floor. And rents are increasing extremely more than the trend. It doesnt worth to pay above 35k for a studio in that building. Fire alarm suddenly starts every other night and disturbs your sleep. Mold and air quality very bad. If you have asthma you cant survive.Especially considering that chaotic Deira like street

Can’t wait to move out of this building when my lease ends, the fire alarm goes off at least 3 times a week (maybe more when I am not home), residents don’t respect the building they are the crowd that keeps trash on the floor because they think they are too good to open the garbage shoot door, everyone is parking in anyone’s space in the parking - there is always AD plates and rental cars parking in any residents space, too many dogs in the building, security don’t care about anything and deflect any responsibility. The apartment doors do not have a peep holes which is VERY unusual for Dubai and unsafe for single women. If you are a civilised person you’ll be unhappy here. The only positive is the cleaners work VERY hard and are always busy doing their best. Update re fire alarm: goes off only in the bedroom, very loud and red light, any time morning/night 3/4 times a week. Reported to security for 1 year and no action taken. They blame my apartment only but it can also be heard from other apartments. They say ‘we will call fire department to check’ and it never happens, next time I complain they act like I am completely new person. DO NOT MOVE HERE
