I moved to Dubai from Australia with my family recently and find the Pantheon Boulevard apartment to be an amazing place to live. This is because it is peaceful, tranquil, and accessible to many central areas in Dubai. It is also very clean and well designed, with a Mediterranean feel. The rooftop includes a fantastic view of the area and a swimming pool. From Pantheon, I regularly visit the Circle Mall, which is only a 5-minute drive away and is about to launch a cinema very soon! The Mall of the Emirates is also close to JVC.

I do not recommend! Service - 1 out of 10! The fire alarm goes off at night or in the morning! I saw that 5 months ago they furnished a review about her. Can't do anything? Small children and people with a problem heart sleep here! That's horrible!

Been here for almost three months now ! Nothing to complain. Seems to be one of the best residential buildings in the area. Very clean and quiet. No issues so far ! And JVC in general is a great community to live in .

Definitely not for families with small children or anyone that has to work the next day ! Too much noise from cars, trucks, buses, motor bikes that pass by ALL THE TIME. And pets (apparently uncontrollable by their owners) and people that do not respect anyone and make noise 24/7! (Without mentioning the fire alarms going off every now and then). Walls must be made of paper as you can hear what your nextdoor neighbors are doing and worse is that you can smell way too well what they are cooking!! Apart from very expensive, the cleaning was poorly done and full of cheap stuff that breaks easily. Overall design is quite good. Very spacious and nice terrace (ground floor only).

One of the securities at reception has a mental issues, he is very disrespectful towards ladies. I often come to visit my friends in the building and he always creates a big drama from nothing. He never informs his name or shares security manager's contact details to address the complaint towards him
