Amazing stay!! The hotel was so accommodating. The room was amazing - just in general. They gave us discounts on the buffet just because and we asked if we could have a later check out from 12pm as our flight was delayed.. they gave us until 5pm free of charge. All the staff were super friendly and I don’t have words. Everything was amazing. Shout out to all the ladies at the reception desk - they were all phenomenal.

We had an amazing stay at Avani+. The property itself is wonderful – modern, elegant, and very well maintained. The apartments are beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The service is truly top notch. From the professionalism at reception and the smooth, quick check-in to the attentive housekeeping team, everything exceeded expectations. The facilities are excellent as well – the pool is perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast is simply amazing with a wide variety of options. Couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything is clean in the rooms. The food is very tasty. As for the waiters, they are all good and speak to you with respect. I liked Anjali the most❤️, a super waitress who helped us and made us feel good. Also, the girls at the reception helped us check in and offered us a large and beautiful room. A very nice vacation and experience at this hotel! 5 stars⭐️

I would like to take a moment to share just how impressed we have been during our stay. The service here has been nothing short of excellent, and so much of that comes down to the incredible team. The valet staff, in particular Harman and Harsh, deserve special mention. They are always extremely courteous, fast, and efficient, making arrivals and departures completely effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for the entire experience from the moment we arrive. The concierge team is equally wonderful, with Simran always going out of his way to be helpful, attentive, and resourceful in ensuring that every request is taken care of promptly. The bell boys also deserve recognition for their efficiency, friendliness, and willingness to assist, which makes the whole arrival and departure experience seamless and stress-free. Housekeeping has also been outstanding. The staff are not only thorough and attentive in their work but also wonderfully friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The Housekeeping Manager is clearly dedicated to ensuring everything is kept to the highest standard, which makes such a difference to the comfort of our stay. Credit must also go to Noor, the Food & Beverage Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to look after us. Dining here is always a pleasure, whether in-room or in the restaurants. Both La Sirene and Seven Seeds deliver consistently excellent food and service. At Seven Seeds in particular, Laura, the Manager, ensures that every dining experience is smooth, attentive, and welcoming, which really elevates the overall atmosphere and makes us look forward to returning again and again. Another point worth praising is how child-friendly the hotel is. The team are warm, accommodating, and create an environment that feels both welcoming and family-oriented, which makes travelling with children so much easier. Overall, it’s the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care of the staff that truly make this hotel stand out. From valet to concierge, bell boys, housekeeping, and dining, every detail is handled with such efficiency and warmth. A huge thank you to Harman, Harsh, Simran, Noor, Laura, and the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one.

I spent a great weekend with my husband at the hotel, in celebration of his birthday. Exactly all the employees very cordial, attentive. Always willing to help and make our time there even more comfortable. The food was undoubtedly one of the best parts, a big congratulations to the chef, perfect breakfast and dinner, we liked it a lot. Very good bed, everything very clean, impeccable room service too. The only thing I could highlight negative was a separate service that I hired, a surprise in the room for my husband, with flowers, balloons and etc, which I really found weak for the price, I expected more, so it was my only disappointment with the hotel. In this case I don't recommend it, because you don't have an impact of a special surprise.
