I regret buying an apartment in this building. In just 3 months, I’ve realized how unprofessional and ridiculous the Deyaar Community Management is: • Pool: Never cools down, despite countless reminders and emails. • Barbecue area: You need to pay a 1,000 AED deposit just to use it — that’s more expensive than dining at a 5-star hotel. And the rules? Completely absurd. You can barbecue but can’t smoke a cigarette. Even worse, you can’t use the jacuzzi if you’re barbecuing — it’s either/or. • Electric car parking: There are charging sockets, but they’re “not operational.” One of the main reasons I bought here was for these amenities, and they turned out useless. • Management behavior: Despite all my emails and reminders, I either get no reply, or silly replies that don’t solve anything. No one ever bothers to call me back — except the one time they wanted to collect the quarterly service charges, which are ridiculously high given the zero value provided. • Overall vibe: Feels like living in a prison where every single move requires permission. Deyaar Community Management only cares about collecting money, not about providing service or maintaining the promised amenities. The building is full of empty promises, fake facilities, and unnecessary restrictions. Save yourself the headache — there are far better communities in Dubai managed by more professional companies.

I stayed here for a short-term rental. While the studio’s air conditioner was very loud and disturbed my sleep, and the fridge was extremely noisy, I appreciated the cooperative staff and the fact that the building was clean and well-maintained.

I live here since the building was launched around 8 months. Great vibe. Great architecture. However still no phone coverage in gym, corridors of apartment and other areas. Staff is co operative. UPDATE : after 1 year we have 100% du coverage all over the bldg

Building is lovely but managed and ran poorly. I stayed here whilst visiting a friend and the security and maintenance gave me constant grief and inconvenience about everything. It was like fort knox and run like a prison. I didn’t enjoy my stay.

I had a viewing here and everything looks good, modern, cozy in the evening. But for me and my friend the no-go was: the AC it too loud and not possible to make more silent.
