I just moved 2 weeks ago but Emaar maintenance are terrible, I didn’t see before this kind of unrespect behavior. We got appointment 3 times for maintenance from Emaar, no one came, no one called. We reported this problem to Emaar management, but no one cared about it.

Worst Experience – Orchid by Emaar I have been living in this apartment for three months and the experience has been extremely disappointing. • Gas issue: There is no proper gas supply. It keeps cutting off, and whenever we request a repair, it takes 3–4 hours for someone to come. The gas company blames Emaar, and Emaar blames the gas company. In the meantime, we are forced to order food from outside almost every day because the gas is simply not working. • Service & Maintenance: Emaar’s service is very poor. Any issue inside the apartment takes almost three months before someone even shows up to fix it, and the quality of the repair is terrible. Overall, the management and maintenance are unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend living here hat all.
