Dear Reader, On July 2022 I paid a deposit to reserve a unit on off plan - Pre Launch- project by Danube. At that time I didn’t sign any agreement or T&C and I didn’t receive a receipt. On October 2022 a dispute arise due to non agreement on payment plan. Danube representative informed me that the deposit is non refundable. When I tried to push back the representative sent me a receipt dated July 2022 with a non refundable stamp. This was the first time I saw the receipt. Danube is still refusing to refund me. Just be careful.
