Arman team is doing an excellent job in maintaining our apartment corridors. Many people leave dust and dirt in the common areas, but these hardworking staff always make sure everything is cleaned and well-kept. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. New venture from danube properties. it was under construction last year.today its ready to occupy.interior & exterior designs are top notched. the area is under developing,there are restaurants and grocery stores available nearby.

We were initially drawn to Danube Properties because of their attractive flexible payment plans and strong marketing around timely delivery and customer commitment. As overseas investors, this gave us a sense of confidence and security. However, our experience has been far from reassuring. The handover of our property has been delayed by over three months, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails (5–6 times), we’ve received no clear response or timeline updates. As clients living abroad, this lack of communication has caused significant stress and uncertainty. It has left us questioning whether we made the right decision by investing in Dubai through Danube. We sincerely hope the company takes responsibility and improves its transparency and responsiveness — especially toward overseas investors who place trust in their promises from afar
