ONE PARK AVENUE at SOBHA HARTLAND is one of the most beautiful and luxurious residences in this living area. Here there is a real neighborhood life and it is very pleasant! The CORNER UNIT located on the SKYLINE side are the most incredible apartments with a amazing view of the BURJ KHALIFA and DUBAI CREEK! 5 stars Residence. It's just perfect to live here. Thank you.

I've personally been there several times and I've always been impressed with their art nail designs. In YOUCHEER LADIES SALON!The nail artists are incredibly talented and they always take the time to make sure that their clients are happy with their results. They offer a variety of different art nail designs, so you're sure to find something that you love.🥰🥰 If you're looking for a great nail salon in Dubai, I highly recommend Youcheer Ladies Salon! You won't be disappointed

Receptionist Nepali Lady behaves so badly with visitors always busy on mobile ignoring the visitors and mostly not at the place no way how to talk. Very disappointed

Sept 2025 School Traffic chaos continues within the community. Peak hours say around 8 am as all road were choked. Fridays are the worst. Sobha Realty has poor planning for roads and traffic and parking. No parking possibility for guests August 2024 update Traffic is getting mind boggling crazyy during school time. One cannot leave the apartment parking for an hour to reach road 😡 ———_____————- Apartments are nice though small. But worst is the traffic around the place due to the schools ridiculously difficult to enter and leave the area during school times especially Friday
