Their another project (LAWNZ) which was supposed to be hand over in Sep 2020, delivery is not expected even after sep 2021 because they just started the construction work. Be careful while investing with Danube.

All current buyers and potential of a property in Olivz by Danube you should all see the reviews by other disgruntled buyers in their other projects like Miraclz, Glamz, Starz etc. DO NOT BUY OR PAYOUT ANY CHEQUES BEFORE READING THE SALES PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND GET THIS CHECKED BY A PROFESSIONAL. BELIEVE YOU ME A SMALL EXPENDITURE ON A PROFESSIONAL BEFORE HAND WOULD SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY, HASSLE AND GRIEVANCE IN THE FUTURE. BETTER BE SAFE THAN SORRY
