Amazing family building, clean well maintained, good management and security, amenities are very well kept too. The location is super convenient Me'aisem mall is just next door.

Excellent building, great pool & gym, wonderful management, family building, no traffic on exits and just 5 minute walk to City Centre Maeism Mall.

Building is very old, but apartment maintained well. The Chiller bill is low and the location is good, near to the Measem city center and highway. Where is the catch? 80% of tenants/owners are careless. You can feel the garbage smell when you are passing by some apartments, therefore, cockroaches are regular visitors here. Renting an apartment here for the last 5 years and every year situation become worse and worse. Management don't do any to improve the situation. And last cherry on the cake 🍒. Every day 2-3 times a day you will have a kinder garden on the floor (in the public area). 6-8 kids shout so much that you can’t even hear TV (not even dreaming about video meetings), adding video from inside of my apartmemt here. They also like to play with your door mat and you will be lucky if you find yours after. And ride bycicle and rollers and eat chips during all this activities and leave crumbles and packets on the floor.
