Beautiful stunning compound to stay in Dubai. Located in JVC with Circle mall nearby and close access to the metro via Emirates mall. The compound has a lovely pool, padel court, ping pong tables, fully equipped gym and cinema room. Stayed in studio B005 with all amenities and well managed bookable by Airbnb and Booking.com. Loved my time there. Highly recommended.

Living in this building has been my worst experience so far—even Azizi was better. The water sometimes runs rusty, plaster peels off the walls, tables are unstable and crack, and the sinks clog frequently. Despite the apartment being under warranty, management often ignores maintenance requests. You might wait weeks for repairmen or end up chasing them around the building. The amenities themselves are decent, but they close by 9 PM—which is the first time I’ve seen a gym shut that early. After 9 PM, you can’t access the gardens or cinema room either. To make things worse, everything has to be booked through an app that doesn’t work (at least for me, and maybe for others too). Don’t be misled by the “elite developer” branding—the building materials are no better than in any standard construction. Fire alarms might go off randomly at 4 AM and continue blaring for an hour without explanation. The parking area is in poor condition: leaks from the ceiling, dirty floors, and large sections taped off, making it hard to navigate. The barriers work inconsistently too. The only real positive is the security team—they’re always kind and helpful.

the worst building i have lived in, even azizi was better. the water from the pipes periodically comes out rusty, the plaster falls off the walls, the tables crack, the sinks get clogged up very quickly, the management refuses to solve many of the problems although the apartment is under warranty, and yes, you can wait for repairmen for weeks or run after them and look for them all over the building, the amenities are good but they work until 9 pm, the first time I see a gym working until 9 pm, after 9 you also can't get into the gardens and cinema room, any amenities need to be booked through the app, BUT it doesn't work.. (I don't know if it's just me or everyone else) the building materials are the same as everyone else's so don't get fooled by an "elite" developer. by the way, a fire alarm can start at 4 am just like that and not stop for about an hour. the parking lot looks terrible, something is always leaking from the ceiling, everything is dirty and half of the parking lot is covered with tape which makes it difficult to walk, the barriers work every other time. the only good thing is the security, they are always kind and friendly
