We moved in this building 2 months ago for its google reviews score, but 4.7 is waaaay far from the truth for this building… water is leaking on almost every floor, if you are not super careful you can fall and break your leg/back… ceiling is also falling every day in hall so you can just pray that you will not be the one on which head it will end. Not to mention that it is full of bugs 🪳🤮 Also location is very weird so wherever you want to go you need extra 10 min just to exit on main road. Pool is nice, and gym is fine, but honestly i regret paying 1 year for this…

Excellent experience living in this building! The receptionists and security team are always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The building is meticulously maintained, with a clean and tidy environment that's a pleasure to come home to. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, addressing any issues promptly. Tiger Properties has their management offices in this building. Very well maintained and all round security. Their offices are very welcome and efficient. I had a very recent pleasant experience in obtaining an administrative task through the admin office. I had a very prompt and excellent support assistance from Jully Ann. Jully is very knowledgeable and clearly understands our requirements and efficiently guides us to provide reliable information. Jully also follows up the approval process. Overall a very efficient experience.
