Traffic is a mess in the mornings, one can spend 30 to 45 minutes to get out of the community in the morning, only one exit road makes it worst - even the kids suffer and struggle to reach school on time. On top, they are building more and more... should not they work on easing the congestion first then move on building more...

Morning traffic needs an urgent solution. 40 min to get out to Al Quadra is unacceptable. Traffic starts building up from 6:20 in the morning and is getting worse with opening of new buildings. Only one exit for a community of this size is completely unacceptable and no other communities in the area have the same problem. Where is our new exit Nshama?!

Positive things are: Beautiful location, kids play area, swimming pools, carrefour, pharmacy and mediclinic available. Negative things are: No Pakistani & Indian restaurants, bus service available, far from city.
