Its a nice place to leave... Needs more stores, centers. Small printing service, photo shop, little shoe/ bag repair, lşttke phone repair, little tailoring... we all need in time to time that kind of little repairs but ıt its diffucult to get it. To get that easy things we dont have choice, we have to leave the townsquare. Managment should make a little area for that kind of needs and let the people open little stores. This will make here more loveble and more humanly. That time will feel like a real neighbor hood. In center on the grass especially after 7pm, big families come and they leave lots of trash behind them. People are working like a crazy under the sun, keep it clean for us, and some families distroying this beautiful sitting and walking area. Im sorry for the maintenance staff im sorry for all that hardworking just go for nothing.

Recommended for families especially who is looking for a good price villa. Town Square is 25 minutes from the city centre, and boasting abundant green space and world-class amenities. Town Square Dubai was developed by Nshama, is home to hundreds of residents. Its one to four-bedroom apartments, townhouses and villas are set in an urban neighbourhood, complete with jogging trails, a town park and a skateboard park and a small community mall with other services.

10 year residential development of Al Quadra street, I would say they are at about 40% there now (Feb 21), it does look wel thought trough, it gives the feeling of ‘I could see myself living here!’ Family and activity oriented. Great cycling and jogging tracks - all in all it is a real little town. No huge high rises , but a nice mix of villas and apartments build around what will be a huge park!

It is a great community to invest because developer is very keen to fullfill its promises. They have invested a lot in providing every facility in this community. A lot of retail shops ..a big park is opened and cinema is coming soon. These favilities are not provided in any other community on al qudra road. Currently because of downfall in property apartments are pretty cheap here. Its a very good investment currently. Developer is efficient and active. Unlike other developers fullfil every promise they make. A lot of people are here first time house buyers and get easily annoyed and complain. Better to visit community and see facilities yourself. I was handed over an apartment here in Hayat Boulevard with great finishing and construction quality. I think some of the reviews are here fake and lies. I am very happy with quality of construction .. and majority of construction in community is already completed. I am currently living in the community and very happy with high standards of maintenance.
