We stayed at property #955 booked through Airbnb and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the place was unhygienic with small flying insects everywhere. A huge cockroach even crawled on my daughter’s hair while she was sleeping, which was terrifying. The bathrooms also had small cockroaches, and the sofa and floor carpet were dirty. Even with covering the furniture, it was not safe for our children. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. I cannot recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Noya Viva Yas Island, Abu Dhabi hosted by Sky Homes. Our family of 10 stayed for one night, and the villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The location is excellent and close to Yas Island attractions while still peaceful and private. Although we didn’t meet Hassan, the manager, in person, he was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He shared all the check-in procedures in advance via email and WhatsApp, which made the process smooth and stress-free. A highlight for us was the kids’ play area right behind the villa, which made the stay extra special for the little ones. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend Sky Homes for families or groups visiting Abu Dhabi.

Good villa for 7-8 people. Hygenic and well maintained. Drawbacks: 1) No activities 2) Restrictions on community space access 3) No vicinity to beach.

The staff were very kind and professional, and I appreciated that they explained everything clearly before we arrived. However, one of the reasons we chose this place was because the description mentioned a “private pool,” but there was no private pool at all. That was disappointing and a bit misleading. Otherwise, the experience was smooth.
