Avoid This Developer at All Costs I strongly advise anyone considering this property developer to think twice. They have repeatedly failed to respect project deadlines without offering any compensation or even acknowledging the inconvenience caused to customers. The level of customer service is absolutely abysmal—it's as if they don't care. Getting clear answers or even basic support is nearly impossible, and when you do get a response, it's vague, dismissive, or downright unhelpful. It's clear they lack the experience and competence to manage projects effectively. Their approach feels completely amateurish, and they give the impression of not having a clue what they're doing. For a process as important as buying property, you need reliability and professionalism—qualities this developer is sorely missing. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial risk.
