Thankful to my friend who gave me a spacation package for my birthday I visited Nikki Beach yesterday. I loved everything starting from the warm welcome from reception area till the end day. I want to say thank you to massage therapist miss Padmi, she is great at her job and her hands so soft. One of the best therapist I visited in Dubai. And thank you to supervisor Andrea who game me as complimentary facial massage, that was wonderful. I felt a warm welcomed guest at each part of the hotel and spa. Beautiful view from the beach. Delicious food. Thank you very much 🙏

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service and hospitality I received during my stay at your hotel. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Ismail at the reception. Nice clean resort with very attentive staff. Today I have asked if there is anywhere around to watch the Champions League game and after a while they (Sirach from the front desk) got back to me and said “we will set it up in your room”. And they did. If this isn’t great service, I dont know what is. Definetely recommend for a beach stay in Dubai.

We spent the day enjoying the pool and beach with a day pass, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had. Everything is beautifully arranged, and the team is genuinely warm and welcoming. A special mention to Fatiha, whose exceptional hospitality truly stood out—she ensured we were comfortable and having a great time throughout. The food was another highlight. We frequently visit other pools and often find the food to be underwhelming, but at Nikki Beach, it was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and served with style and elegance. We appreciated every detail and sincerely commend the management for their outstanding service and the fantastic team they’ve selected. Next time, I look forward to staying overnight just to experience how the team continues to go the extra mile—I’m certain it will be just as fabulous. As a small piece of feedback (not a complaint), when we handed the car to the valet, we kindly requested not to adjust any of the internal settings to avoid the hassle of readjusting later. Unfortunately, the valet seemed annoyed and told us to park it ourselves. It left us slightly disappointed, although everything that followed more than made up for it. That said, some guests might not take it as lightly, so a more considerate approach could make a difference. Aside from that, everything was simply perfect—and we’ll definitely be back!
