I have rented villa in this project number -28, it has so many issues including AC, Water leakage in walls, bad quality toilet items and unstopping insects inside the house! I don't recomend to rent in this area with high price for getting headache, hearing endless lies from real estate companies and maintinance team who don't responds or come to fix the house issues!

New expensive electric scooter got stolen from property and no one could help, it was never found. 0/10 security system and safety. Previous owner had said that their bike got stolen 3 times. Ridiculous.

I like to get my coffee before i hit the road But unfortunately they always take my order wrong! One time one staff member scolded me .. i wish i knew who was she! I called the customer care for the same issue but the problem is still persistent! If they fix my order is will be awful

Community mosque is still not built though it was mentioned in our community plan….its been four years since we shifted and yet its not constructed.Promise not fulfilled.
