This place is far from the busy city. They have amazing food trucks for the people who would love to have. Kids play area is beautifully organized where kids from 3-16 years have many activities to do. Wont be recommending in hot summers as it is open. Winter will be perfect for family outings

The best community to live in Sharjah. Top notch, good maintenance and facilities such as basketball court, common swimming pool and gym. A lot of cafés including Star bucks but lacks visitor parking space compared to the bunch of cafes and restaurants they have opened up here. Has a lot of greenery around here! Serious Cons:- 1) Gym timing is not convenient 2) Living in a studio flat in Areej, the cooking range’s exhaust has a serious engineering fault, the exhaust air has nowhere to go but circulate in the room itself. Pic is attached below. 3) The washrooms exhaust is the central system one and is super weak!

I can proudly say that I was smart enough to buy into this development back when it was sand and to see the development over the last few years has been incredible. It's very well maintained. It is unlike Dubai properties because it feels like a proper community focusing on the family and entertainment for the residents. Beautiful parks. Beautiful mature trees. Simply loved it!
