Beautiful Island located in Sharjah And Dubai boarder near to Dubai Mamzar beach. Good for evening walk and jogging. It’s really a calm place and enough parking space. We have cleaned this island this week as a part of social service conducted by Lamprell Energy. New skylines 🏙 and Best residential area for family.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the maintenance service provided in our residential compound at Maryam Island, Eagle Hills, Sharjah. Three days ago, I contacted your office to report an issue with my air conditioning unit, which is not functioning properly. I was told that the issue would be addressed, and I have since followed up daily in hopes of resolving the matter quickly due to the current high temperatures. After two days of follow-up, your representative gave me the maintenance team’s contact number and instructed me to follow up with them directly. I did as advised, and the maintenance team assured me that they would visit my unit the next day to fix the AC. Unfortunately, the following day, no one came. When I tried calling the maintenance team again, my calls went unanswered, and there has been no communication or action taken since. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of the issue and the inconvenience caused to my family. It is highly unprofessional to pass the responsibility to the tenant and provide poor communication and service afterward.
