Room was kept clean by Peter. He was prompt and provided all services on time and clean. I had been extending my stay as the place was good, neat and competitive pricing. Location was away from the crowded place.

Raj was awesome, he’s not only cleaned the room but left some chocolates and did something super special for my girl and I with the towels. Great guy and great service I will be coming here again 10/10

Amazing Family Holiday - Home away from Home Liked · The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Mr. Muddasser was very helpful during our stay and at the time of check-in and check-out during concierge service. Khent was kind enough to make our stay pleasant. All the catering staff are very kind and made us feel at home during the excellent breakfast. Disliked · The parking is a bit tricky however people occupy double parking spaces making it uncomfortable for others. Kindly check the parking and request long-term guests not to occupy double spaces for a single vehicle.

The worst stay ever. The room smells very bad. We asked to change it, because the closet smells like there is fish inside. We moved to other room, better smell, but still bad. The service is taking very long time. I staff are extremely rude. I asked to take the luggage (6 pieces) many times, one staff ( Wash) asked to me to take them myself if I want them now !!. I asked him to call the manger because of this he said I'm the manger. And o asked again after one hour they told me they will raise my complain to the front office manger Daivd. it's been 24hrs no body contacted me. and every time follow up about my complain they said manger is busy. clearing they are not taking people complains seriously.
