Even if you have a Dubai Courts legal power of attorney from the Owner, you still have to face the "so called security" but they are far from being security!! Also, even if the Owner sends them an email from his registered email, they find a way to create issues to justify their presence. They are so USELESS. Highly Disappointed Highly frustrated every time i visit

The parking of Asayel is dripping with acid liquid from the AC. Upon checking, many others cars have been damaged from it as well. I wonder how much it will cost each owner to fix it. Upon confronting one of the guards, they said “it’s not your parking slot” when my parking slot has issue of falling ceiling and dust so I have to find a different spot to park. They mentioned the Maintance team will come and fix the issue which was around 2-3 months ago, they keep updating me with the same thing every time I confront them. Their Maintance team for your property under warranty was also another nightmare.

As a resident, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism, unfortunately, this has not been the case. The security guards have repeatedly overstepped their role and behaved in an aggressive, disrespectful manner. Even as a person living here, I consistently face their arrogance and abuse of power. This is unacceptable in a community that claims to be premium and resident-focused.

Today, I had a bad experience in Dubai. I work as a Sales Officer here, and today I visited Asayel Madinat Jumeirah for a client meeting. When I reached the basement parking, the issues began. I parked my vehicle in the visitor parking spot, but the security personnel started questioning me as if they were the police. While I understand that it’s their duty to ensure security, they became unnecessarily harsh, saying I was only allowed to park for five minutes. I took the lift to meet the client, but before the five minutes were up, they escalated the situation. Although they had my phone number, they called the police directly and lied, saying my vehicle was blocking another car. You are a reputable builder with high-quality buildings and a skilled workforce. However, it’s also important to be aware of certain employees, as just 2 or 3 problematic workers can ruin the reputation you've built. In particular, I've noticed that some security staff from the agency Transguard display excessive ego and unprofessional behavior, which reflects poorly on the entire team.

Hi I hope you are well today we visit asayel 3 when I'm going there security said no have parking what is this if you don't have Parking why you buil the building security Faisal behavior is not good with me they have too much attitude he don't know why he is coming here he don't know his responsibility If there anyone coming his responsibility first welcome sir how can I help you But no this is only joke they are coming there just time pass and show attitude Please please please I requested to you change this person and add another person which is very kind.
