HORRIBLE PARKING EXPERIENCE as a visitor visiting a cafe in the canal side of the building. (Tara cafe) If the basement entrance has a big sign saying "VISITOR'S PARKING" and the gate is just open to all public without the use of any access cards and it just allows any car to go to the basement without there being any sign of the parking slot being "reserved" HOW WILL A PERSON KNOW ITS NOT A PLACE YOU CAN PARK??? The restaurant doesn't tell you where to park exactly and the security staff of the building was not present half the time. All the restaurant said was park in the visitor parking which is basically what the sign says right outside the basement and the gate is open too. After I parked at 8.30pm and left the cafe at 11.30pm there was an angry tenant from the building parked behind my car to block it cause this has happened to him several times before. The staff did not help to get my car out despite speaking to several of them and I waited till 2.00am! Until one of the security finally told me that the tenant is so angry he will only remove the car in the MORNING. SO I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. Incompetence of the security staff and failure to assist + tara cafe not taking any responsibility of this problem even though its happened to their customers several times! I had to go through the trouble and after ALL this the security this morning tells me I need to PAY FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING???! OH YEAH, and then they also said to me that the police will get involved and I'm lying about going to Tara cafe cause I didn't keep the hard copy of the bill with me until NEXT morning obviously. I did retrieve it from a picture I took luckily last night. Seriously heights of drama. Instead just stop misleading and misguiding customers and own up to it when you've done it SEVERAL TIMES TO SEVERAL CUSTOMERS.

We stayed in 3 different apartments during our stay in Dubai and this one was definitely the most comfortable, with amazing views of Burj Khalifa, washing machine, kitchen with basic amenities to cook some meals, good location. Taxi costs around 15AED to Burj Khalifa / Dubai mall. You have very cheap supermarket just cross the road of the building or one smaller with good prices literally next door. Big plus of the apartment SMART TV. Definitely recommend.

Nice place where stay in Dubai and not expensive but very comfortable and clean. Inside there is also the swimming pool and small gym.

Amazing hotel and Aijaz staff hotel was absolutely wonderful, he made sure we had everything we need and cleaned and sanitized our whole room.

new high rise in the area I have heard a lot about the it. We recently looked a few apartments in the building. The reception is clean and security is friendly. Rooms and big and walls are thick. It also has good views and easy commute to all main roads of Dubai
