Great community … Great looks … swimming pool, playground, restaurants and amenities …. Nice to have Dubai marina and Burj al Arab view … Buses are there in front for easy access…. Peaceful atmosphere…. Full of highly educated professionals and decent people from different countries… Overall it’s a paradise …

Recently moved to Noor 4 and if anyone is considering moving here I recommend they don't. At first glance it's a very beautiful place, stunning community, lots of amenities and the apartments are aesthetically pleasing, however living here has been a nightmare. There are many maintenance issues that need to be addressed and they have some portal system where you have to put in a request for work to be done. We waited for them to fix a toilet leak for 1 week, when they came and looked at it they didn't fix it, just left and came back after 2 weeks (luckily we have 2 toilets). The shower is slanted so the water leaks out when you shower, they said they would come after 2 weeks because it's a big job but it's been a month. Then theres the parking. We were given a parking spot that isn't even linked to our building, I have no idea how they hand over parking bays. It's such a long walk I'm probably going to faint during summer trying to get there. I wish I could leave.
