What's happening with the service at the pool? There were two vacant beds left, but there were neither table nor umbrella. All that stuff was taken by the lifeguard for his own usage, although he had enough shadow due to the gym building next to the pool. When we said that we needed this umbrella, he refused to give it to us and suggested to move the beds closer to the building so that they were in the shadow. Please provide your employers with their own equipment!! We pay HUGE service chargers as owners and we cant use the common stuff??? Nonsense.

A wonderful and a beautiful community with all required residential facilities, unlike others resemble Dubai with various nationals. Very clean and maintained event area kids park etc

The worst management ever! They are asking extra money always because of their fault Never solve any problem. No experienced technician and always young and new guys around. You have to wait and suffer for each single problem. You have to prove your payments again and again even if you paid from their portal because none of their system is working. It is the worst decision I took to buy and leave in this community Nothing than suffering every day

I’ve been staying in apartment 1307, and it’s been a frustrating experience. There’s constant noise throughout the apartment that makes it almost impossible to sleep. I reported this issue over a week ago, but maintenance still hasn’t come by to fix it. I’m disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and consideration for residents’ well-being. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, I’d recommend considering other options until these issues are resolved

Well, it’s a nice community with multiple pools, tennis courts - even a padel court + it’s pet friendly. Material quality and esthetics in the new buildings (Mesk and Noor) are great. Super friendly and helpful staff. However, worst contractor in duty - ever (not Deyaar). There are common issues like bad smell, poor AC performance etc as you can see in the other reviews too, but when it comes to finding a solution to these, the contractor just keeps telling you lies. Every time they will tell you A) “I’ll come tomorrow” and tomorrow is god knows when B) “It’s the other guy’s area of expertise” and that guy doesn’t exist I think Deyaar should shake these sub contractors really hard as it kills the reputation
