New residential complex in Dubai. Dania 2 is part of Midtown project. Huge development with colorful buildings. The retail area is not ready yet, but City Center is 5 minutes away. There is a huge podium with sport facilities and swimming pool. Good place for small families. The property developed by Deyaar Development PJSC

Building quality is so bad. Secondly they don’t even respond to your call. Community facility management team only send if there is any events happening, they keep delaying the work( in fact they don’t care and don’t do the work) regardless of 100 of reminder. You can see the picture how ugly it looks, this is not only in my house, this is common issue all around the buildings. Another negative point is there are STP system around the community . If you need to visit my house to inspect quality of the building please feel free to visit Afnan 3, 407 to inspect how the quality of the building is. Don’t get fooled with amenities. You will be living in the house which should matter a lot.

Building quality is so so low. Their facility Management do not take any actions if anything needs to be done. They keep ignoring your calls, mails and message. I have been following up with them for 3 months and yet they don’t care. There are so many other things like ac bills, odour smell from near by STP, etc. If you need to visit and inspect on your own eyes please visit my apartment 407, Afnan 3z
