I like the place, It's really in the middle of everything and everywhere is on ~ 20 from minutes everything !! 😊 which made me laugh at first, and at the same is peaceful, and these flowers 🌺. Is nice that the buildings are not too high, and are placed in such a way as "talking" to each other, many kids are playing, in the fields inside. The view from the windows is glorious, especially at night, feeling as in an enormous ball of lights all over the horizon equally distanced just to feel them blinking.. that actually is an amazing experience itself, "walking on the sky" as Goodle said it once in my phots, .. let's see how will be. And to reply to someone here, there are many types of flat different sizes. And space is enough to place furniture if they have many things. Furniture is normal. I didn't feel unusual smell, if any at all, security are kind, and as of what is in their authority, and yes - it is not allowed for to enter, there are passing entrance cards, and some people's intention and well some people are agressive in their comments, management is doing their best .. ok, takes time, complex is not even finished yet

I am posting this review after staying for almost half an year now. USPs: 1) Amenities- You name it they have it. Basketball court, Tennis Court, Swimming Pools, Outdoor Gym, Outdoor Kids Play Area, Jogging Track, Beautiful trees all around. Every parents are loving it. Kids are loving it. 2) Floor to Ceiling Window- gives a brighter look to the apartments. Makes smaller size apartments look bigger and vibrant. 3) Retail Shops, Nursery, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Restaurant, Saloon, Laundry Services and many more retails yet to be opened. 4) Maintenance & Landscaping 5) Family Place, Resort Style Living 6) Saturday Events almost every alternate weekend or atleast once in a month. Kids Engaging events keep on happening here. 7) Connectivity is very good, in proximity of 20-25 minutes from every good landmarks Drawbacks 1) Room Sizes are smaller 2) Smaller Bathrooms 3) Metro Connectivity (Though Bus comes here, not sure about the frequency, because we haven't used them yet) Overall, with my experience here so far, and being a happy Parent, I can say this is one of the best places to live. You will be happy if you have small kids, as they love it. Worth of every money you pay on rental or on your purchase here. I had never realized that having outdoor amenities and having kids around are so important for an overall growth of your child.

New residential complex in Dubai. Dania 2 is part of Midtown project. Huge development with colorful buildings. The retail area is not ready yet, but City Center is 5 minutes away. There is a huge podium with sport facilities and swimming pool. Good place for small families. The property developed by Deyaar Development PJSC

Dania 2 is one of the building's in Midtown by Deyaar and it's comprises of sixteen floors surrounded by all day supermarket and pizza 🍕 hurt for pizza lover's. Dania 2 building is quite an amazing and recommended building when searching for an apartment either to buy or rent.
