Renowned luxury automotive company Mercedes-Benz is expanding its horizons into the world of real estate with the announcement of a brand-new skyscraper in Dubai. Teaming up with Emirati developer Binghatti, the collaboration aims to introduce a remarkable 65-story residential building in the heart of the city.
The tower, soaring to an impressive height of approximately 1,118 feet above the city, will be strategically located in close proximity to prominent landmarks such as the Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future, and the iconic Burj Khalifa. In addition to the Mercedes-Benz residence, Binghatti is concurrently developing a 42-story Bugatti residence, featuring elevators designed specifically for vehicles.

In a recent press statement, CEO Muhammad BinGhatti expressed immense enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "We are profoundly excited to be working alongside Mercedes-Benz—a truly iconic name—to develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence in the world. The residence tower, which has been in development for over a year, adopts the luxury brand's signature "Sensual Purity" design philosophy. Initial renderings depict the exterior silhouette resembling the three-point Mercedes-Benz logo, seamlessly incorporating the brand's distinctive features into its high-end finishes.

Britta Seeger, a member of the Board of Management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG, stated, "With Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are going beyond automotive to create outstanding brand moments. With their many years of experience in real estate development, Binghatti is the ideal partner for us.
