i'm delivery boy and many times i come this building and use service lift for delivering but today i have big order and we need to deliver fast bcz it's was late traffic jam. and i request to receiption i want to go main lift and i request many times but very rude staff very bad misbehave. he don't know self respect. plz don't stay this building and next time if i come here again i remove my order

Lived here about 2.5 years and can easily say that it was a big disappointment. Even though it was a new building and I was the first tenant of the apartment had a leakage problem at least 3 times and needed to do a big repair on the ceiling and the plumbing system. Traffic is the worst especially rush hours in this area - not talking about a slow movement, literally talking about staying put hours - Management is super slow when it comes to approvals and need to chase them regularly. However; location wise it’s good, metro is nearby and if you consider the size of the 1 bedroom apt it is bigger than the new buildings.

Very disappointing experience in Merano Damac. The wall paint is falling off, and even after applying for a work permit, they made the process more difficult instead of helping.Several email has been sent but no response.The security is rude and not cooperative 👎unprofessional, they just make things harder so you’ll end up using their own maintenance subcon. Poor-quality materials and poor management..Never again

The worse building I had lived. So if you are coming to Dubai now, I suggest you avoid this building. Why? The security is constantly creating problems to everything. Every time order a service, they mostly create a problem. Not allow works to come, create bunch of reasons to make other life miserable. This company Loams (that manage the stuff ) don't answer you, they treat you very Badly. We had space to have taxi on front of the building every day. They just removed it to make life bad for everyone. It is best thing they can do. Make every un unhappy and irritated. There has stress with security constantly, police come there often to solve constantly dispute with Tenants and Security. So Don't go to this building. Seems good, but is not.

The 2 security guards Ram & Ahmad called me a liar and were very rude. They claimed i am lying about having an appointment even though i have showed them the confirmation I had. they refused to help. I have visited several times before and everyone is usually very respectful and professional. extremely disappointed with the insults thrown
