The building itself is well-maintained, and the facilities are excellent, including a modern gym that's never too crowded and a lovely pool. The staff are friendly, and the location is good.

Not just behind of mbl royal. Mbl residences is also a great building to make your stay. They got good pianos playing at lobby and ample amount of siting in the waiting area.

Living beside a 24/7 construction site is simply terrible! Replies from management have been “works are stopped by evening” but I still hear sounds of moving cranes in the wee hours of night. Have been staying here for the past 1.5 years and would be glad to renew my leasing for not the construction that will only cease by October 2024. New prospect tenants! Please take note! With such a rental price, there would definitely be better choices than having your sleep compromised every single night. Update: Editing this review with a video taken at 2.30am. Now we look at what the management have replied. Update 18/1: Moved out on 7 Nov and received my security deposit only on 11 Jan! And they ridiculously deducted AED 1500 from my security deposit for ceiling maintenance and water leakage - structural problems that should be the responsibility of the landlord, not tenant! DO NOT RENT FROM HILLS HEIGHT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! They simply deduct your security deposit without valid reason!

I really love this residence ! I was amazing to leave here for few years. I just moved for a villa but I miss that building already ❤️

Lived here for the last 2 years. The amenities are great. I think it has the best gym in JLT. Apartment is well decked out and the management company are quick to help with any problems / issues that arise. The pool is top notch and the building is always kept super clean.
