The place itself is nice and peaceful, a good spot to stay calm. The internal building maintenance team is also quite efficient and helpful. However, a major red flag — avoid renting through agents, specifically Providential Properties Management. They are highly unprofessional. Any issues reported are usually ignored, and there is constant back-and-forth without resolution. Most concerning of all, they do not refund the security deposit, regardless of the condition in which the property is returned. I strongly advise dealing directly with the building management if possible and staying away from this agency.

OMG.. what an amazing apartment… super love it. I will definitely come back again if I’m visiting Yas Island again. Every things were great, facility location is 3 minutes walking from Yas plaza and yes shuttle buses pick up point. All kitchenary tools are available. carrefour is 30 meters walking distance. I highly recommend this place as the price was very reasonable on a season time. 3 swimming pools full all family members including kids, parking and gym.

Extreme Disappointment Every flat here has major infinite issues. The contractors never left the construction since this place was handed over. We moved here about 9 months ago and paid a TREMENDOUS fee for rent !!! maintenance is an endless process: low water pressure, mold, leakage, security problems on top of all; my bike got stolen, had intrusive labor, my car was scratched head to toe- No CCTV to track…, poor ventilation quality whoever cooks you’re forced to have their food smell throughout. Hopeless and helpless… would not recommend anyone to rent let alone purchase any apartment in Mayan. Do your own research before handing over your hard earned money.

I live here when I’m in Abu Dhabi. It’s a great place with many facilities on site along with lots of restaurants, hotels, shops and places to walk very close by. The buildings benefit from friendly life guards, a wonderful cleaning and maintenance crew, a 24 hr concierge and security team.
