We recently visited this site, it was beautifully designed with lush green forest giving peaceful atmosphere…. We absolutely loved this area, the 2BHK townhouse pricing around 1.7Million DHS in Masaar 2 which is 15mins away from Masaar 1,but one drawback is it’s far from Dubai people who are planning to purchase property in this community need to cross 2hrs traffic daily…..

Extremely Disappointed with Arada – Poor Quality of Living and Unfulfilled Promises As a homeowner, I never expected to face such ongoing disappointment with Arada. Despite countless emails, complaints, and follow-ups, I’ve only received careless responses and empty promises. Every concern I raised was met with the same dismissive excuse: “It’s in the approved design” – as if that justifies the unacceptable conditions I’m living in. I’m currently surrounded by dust, unsafe conditions, and a miserable view – all of which are far from the lifestyle and standards that were promised. One of the most frustrating aspects is the unfair landscaping in front of my unit, which is entirely different from the rest of the community. Even the community management acknowledged the issue, but Arada continues to neglect it, hiding behind “design approval” rather than taking real responsibility. As an architect myself, I can confidently say the design flaws within the house reflect poor planning and weak technical capabilities. These are not just aesthetic concerns but fundamental issues in functionality and quality. This experience has shown me that Arada has a serious problem with customer satisfaction and accountability. After all attempts to resolve things internally have failed, I feel it’s important to speak out publicly and warn others. Hopefully, this helps raise awareness and encourages better practices moving forward.

There seems to be a recurring issue with glass breakage in several villas within the compound, including mine—where it happened twice. It appears to be a design defect, yet no proper investigation was carried out. The issue is only being addressed during the DLP (warranty) period, and there has been no response regarding requests to extend the warranty. It now seems the cost will fall on homeowners, even though the replacement is expensive. I expected better accountability and a proactive approach, especially when safety is involved
