The houses are nice but rooms are smaller then expected. They claim to have a family oriented view but in reality I'm not sure how accessible it truly is for families. No safety around the pool for kids. Stones leading to the house are sticking out which is a huge tripping hazard, no shade at the playpark and its right next to a river that the kids are not allowed to play in. Food trucks were not open during our visit but thats understandable. Loads of staff to lead your around without appointment and beautiful peace of land with loads of greenery. Idealic scenery and very peaceful but pretty far from the Sharjah city or Dubai. Close to a beautiful mosque tho! Sales associate was very rude and constantly on his phone not really answering our questions or taking us seriously. He was very pushy and arrogant, and even if we end up purchasing, I'd make sure it will not be with this particular salesperson because of his attitude.

Ever heard of forest living just for 5000 residential units they are planting 50,000 trees the greenest community till date in the history of UAE As a realtor I have exclusive units for sale in the community as well

The plan is great. The real test is can they deliver on their promise. Will the build quality and services such as school, recreation facilities, mosques be built and delivered as promised and within a reasonable timeframe. If they do then this will be a wonderful place and Arada will leave behind a great legacy. All the best team Arada, I am sure you can do it. ( those interested in buying in your Dubai project are keenly watching)
