Project has been delayed over a year now and management still don't have a DATE by which they can complete the works and handover. They just keep giving false promises that it will be handed over soon, while on the ground nothing is moving. Poor finishing work. Too many issues in the apartment. Been over 2 months and they haven't even started work on the snag list.

The person who answers the calls on the number on google is ridiculously handling clients. Not willing to talk about the project nor selling units. Marked low already with the people your hire. Appreciated!

I`m an owner who paid 25% of a unit in The tower + AED 250,000. I paid this amount in Feb 2022 and I was promised that I will be able to move in by the end of April 2022. Then they told me by the end of May 2022. Now they stopped responding to and i don`t know how such people are managing people investments. I strongly don`t recommend this company to anyone.
