I stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments with my family, and the overall experience was excellent — from the quality of the room to the cleanliness. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service from the staff. While I can’t recall all the names, I want to mention Hanif from the concierge, who was amazing and helped us many times. The check-in supervisor (I’ll update with the name once I have it) was also extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The same goes for everyone we interacted with — professional, friendly, and always willing to assist.

I had an excellent stay at Marriott Executive Apartments, Al Jaddaf. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcomed. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. Special thanks to Mr. Sarad from Housekeeping department for his exceptional service and for going above and beyond to assist me and my family. The location is perfect, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

First and foremost, this review is my own and I was not asked to write this. My recent and first ever trip to Dubai, and may I say, it was an amazing experience. The apartment we stayed at was a 2 bedroom executive suite, and was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff went above and beyond each and every day I was there. Breakfast was not that great but the staff were definitely the best. I want to give a special shout out to the following staff. Raj, who made sure I got my daily freshly squeezed ginger, Carrots, apple, celery and beetroot juice. Thanks so much for your hospitality. Moon- for making great coffee with her art skills. Chona- the ever so friendly filipina girl who will remember your name and room number for breakfast and keep you entertained. Jeffrey- for making sure we get an uber in style (Lexus hybrid) Aaron- for making amazing cocktails (bull frog is a must try!) Definitely recommend this place. People are friendly, and staff are respectful and very attentive at all times. I loved every minute of my stay at this apartment and will be back with my friends next time.

first of all , NO ONE asked me to write this review , im writing it as an HONEST review... the hotel is a marriott so its amazing in all aspects. but the most impressive person i met was a lady at the reception , her name was Vershani i think ... she was super nice , helpful and extremly professional , i pick up these things quickly and i can tell you she's the best at what she does.. in general the hotel itself was perfect , rooms are spacious , clean and there is a small mini mart on the ground floor . the location is a bit out , which i like to be honest to say away from the craziness of dubai , but literally nothing is in a walking distance . anyways , the only thing i didnt like was the pool , it too small , very small , like a kids pool !!!

We are a travel agency and had a very disappointing experience with Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai. One of the Marriott team members assured us that a refund could be processed if the guest canceled via MakeMyTrip (MMT) or Expedia. Based on their word, and in good faith, we refunded the guest ourselves. However, after repeated follow-ups and calls to both Marriott and MMT, the hotel later denied any such agreement and refused to process the refund, citing third-party policies. This is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like Marriott, where staff communication should be consistent and trustworthy. We are now left with the financial loss and a dissatisfied guest—all because of poor coordination and failure to stand by their own commitments. We hope Marriott takes this seriously, as this kind of service severely affects our credibility with our clients and makes it difficult to recommend this property in the future.
