If you are considering to buy or rent an apartment for long-term for yourself, be ready that you will not sleep normally during the night time here as Emaar builds walls between apartments using cardboard (paper) and very cheap materials without any soundproofing materials. Most of the apartments here are short-term tenants. They conduct night parties and behave very loud and rude. You will pay lots of money and struggle from loud noises from your neighbors. You can fight with these people forever as they are changing every week. Police doesn’t come, Security cannot help, Emaar Community Management does nothing with noises regulations at the night time. NOT RECOMMENDED if you want to have normal physical and mental health
