Very nice location in Marina and just a step away from the stunning Grosvenor House hotel, where you'll find plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars. The unit inside is big, spacious, and of course, an amazing view towards Dubai Marina.

I stayed here for 5 days during my visit to Dubai. Located in the middle of Dubai Marina where all the action is. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Our stay was on the 20th floor which provided us with stunning views of the marina and as far as Atlantis on the Palm Island! The building has 24 hours front desk security.

Very pleased to be released from prison. Don't get me wrong this tower, the location and its amenities are great, its just LOAMS Management that screws it entirely. A nightmare of an online permit system makes is nearly impossible to get guests, workers, movers etc into the building. Some friends have honestly had to get through a 20min interrogation to gain access. Painters have been sent away cause they didnt have a liability insurance, the list is endless. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemies... if you still consider it, join the Marina Terrace facebook group and just scroll through the chat. You will look further, you're welcome (nice view though yes)

Amazing view from our balcony and rooms, with 180 degrees view, i.e.: Marina, The Palm, Sheikh Zayed road view. For residence, they provide lounge with lots of sofas that is just like for hotels. Nice outdoor area with jacuzzi, swimming pool, tennis court, and dedicated BBQ area (available upon booking).
