I stayed here for 5 days during my visit to Dubai. Located in the middle of Dubai Marina where all the action is. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Our stay was on the 20th floor which provided us with stunning views of the marina and as far as Atlantis on the Palm Island! The building has 24 hours front desk security.

There is no bike parking for delivery, which means residents receive food ordered online late and cold.

Building management is terrible, especially security. If you come to commercial outlet the do their best to ruin your day, block your car at the parking and make traffic at the entrance out of nowhere. There’s only once nice guy, who’s smart, fast and reasonable. Sugar salon brought the place back to life so they’re trying to make use of it.
