I have been sharing my concerns on slow progress. I have written multiple time. Yes I got the response, but not sure will they complete the construction on time. Launched in March-2023. Till end of Dec-2024, not more than floor was constructed. How will you construct 50+ floors and complete the interior/exterior work by Sep-2026. Which means, minimum 3 /4 floors per month and in parallel int/ext work. Wasl (another public sector) Park Views B was launched on the same date (15-Mar-23) and they have constructed all the floors and working on exterior and handover is similar mid year 2026. I would be happy to change my opinion if they deliver in time

Every single day, it's the same story – three months gone, and we're looking at another three ahead. No building permit, just a green light for pilling tasks – and forget about sticking to the agreed-upon work hours. The company is racking up fines, yet they seem to find it amusing. But let's not lose sight of the bigger picture: completing this project within a set timeframe is crucial for every developer. Whether it's about delivering quality and attention to detail, or relying on expertise and experience – actions speak louder than words. Take a good look and form your own opinion. Professionality looks different.

Construction is violating the working hours , even in Ramadan. Do not follow safety of works, as they work at night without lights on, create noise, vibrations and noise works at night . Anwa residents have to complain everyday.

Horrible construction lead! They let workers banging on steel pipe on purpose every single morning for no actual reason, we residents from anwa confronted them - thats unbelievable!
