The building and the apartment look good from outside. But the real horor you see wenn you come the to room, the big minus and the reason why I will never come again: the apartment smells terribly of cooking, the stench from cooking enters the other apartments from the floor above through the ventilation. All my clothes took on the stench of the kitchen. People are cooking at 11 at night and you can't sleep because of the smell, the towels have taken on the smell of the kitchen, after showering I smell like I've cooked. The staff of the building is very loud, while they clean the empty apartments, you can't sleep either. We were here for 6 days and only had 1 towel at our disposal. They don't have pool towels. The reception staff has no idea about anything. And the Internet is very bad. We canceled the reservation 6 days earlier and we were not refunded and security was sent to kick us out the same second even though the current day was paid for. Very unprofessional and rude.

This place is full of roaches and other bugs. No hot water bad customer service and far from everything. Save your time and peace and book somewhere else unless you want roaches in your bed and cup. They don’t change the sheets or bedding nor wash them either. There was hair from other people in the bed and shower. Yuck owner will Say sorry but won’t refund or actually fix the problem. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is disgusting and so is the staff! The beds linens are dirty so are the floors they do not clean the rooms, don’t have hot water for showers and the worst part is the the roaches and when you complain they just lie and refuse to refund your money! They sent their staff in to spray mosquito spray on roaches and lie and say there is no infestation although they have roach bait all in the cabinets ! The roaches crawl all on the dishes and there are other bugs in there as well that look like larvae 🐛. I would literally rent any where from here! I didn’t even stay one night there due to the conditions and they refused to refund me so I suggest you book elsewhere! Owner apologizes & says they will sort it out but that’s A lie because for months now I’ve been asking for a refund and they refuse, although I never even stayed one night at that disgusting hotel. They will take your money keep your deposit for weeks, right fake apologies about the disgusting filth in the hotel and refused to refund save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I will now be adding all of these horrible reviews to my dispute case.
