If you are looking to book this place for a short stay, read the following from my experience. 1. They won't provide you with room service. Will ask you to throw away your own trash. 2. They will ask you to pay $50.00 every day if you want your room to be cleaned. 3. They won't give you fresh towels. 4. They will give you only one room access card for the whole family. 5. They will charge you $150.00 if you loose the access card. 6. They will force you to check out at 11:00 am and will charge you extra for the late check out. 7. They will take a cash deposit of $350.00 on top of having your credit card on file. 8. The bed in the master bedroom is barely enough to sleep two. Booking.com does not have this info. Be aware. Learn from my mistake.

I strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider before moving into this building. The management here is exceptionally poor, with a complete lack of follow-through on maintenance issues. Despite numerous complaints from tenants, there seems to be no effort to address or resolve these problems. 1. Negligent Maintenance: There is a consistent failure to carry out even the most basic maintenance tasks. Problems such as broken fixtures, plumbing issues, and general disrepair are ignored, leaving tenants to deal with inconvenient and sometimes unsafe living conditions. 2. Lack of Communication: When tenants report issues, there is rarely a response. If there is, it’s often delayed and unhelpful. The management shows little to no courtesy in handling complaints, making it clear that tenant concerns are not a priority. 3. Unprofessional Attitude: The overall attitude of the management is unprofessional. They are often dismissive and unresponsive, which adds to the frustration of dealing with ongoing issues in the building. In summary, living here has been a disappointing experience due to the terrible building management and inadequate maintenance services. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and maintained living environment. Consider other options where your concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

We would like to share our worst experience bookings so far. We had booked and prepaid for our stay with Majestic Residence-2 for three nights. While making the bookings there was no mention of Security deposit being paid at the time of Chekin. As soon as we reached the hotel apartments we were asked to pay Security deposit of AED 2000/- we were so surprised to hear the amount. So we asked again is it 200/- or 2000/-. To our surprise it war 2000/-. When we argued with the security guard cum receptionist that it was not mentioned while making the booking he just said that's the rule & he cannot proceed without the amount being paid. To which we asked to speak to there office. instead of making the call or asking us to make the call he kept on saying Head office will need to confirm, we waited at the reception just looking at the guard just sitting ideally & not making any calls or anything. We lost patience and asked if he is going to call or not to which his response was he doesn't have credit on his phone and he has not been provided with the any office phone to use. We decided to make the call to the management office & which was not answered. We were three friends and unluckily none of us were carrying such amount of cash as whole of our trip was pre-booked & all the activities were prepaid. We were exhausted after the 5 hours of drive and just wanted to crash on for the day however we had to run to the nearest ATM - which was 30 mins drive again to withdraw the cash. We ended up spending an hour going back & forth between the atm & hotel just so we could checkin. The guard was one of the most unprofessional and least bothered about the whole situation. He wasn't friendly which is so rare for a hospitality staff & on top of that he was just not bothered even to spare any help or give some time to arrange the funds. We would suggest all the users to be careful and make a confirmation calls with their hotels prior to paying & travelling so as not to end up in similar situations. Thanks

Stayed at this place with my children. Their was no running water in one of the bathrooms. The receptionist was extremely rude. I was not given clean towels after requesting them. They asked me for a USD. 350.00 cash deposit for a two night stay even though they don't have a minibar or any other amenities. I requested booking.com to remove this property from their site. Has to be one of the worst in Dubai.

I have rented this property for almost a week and they withdraw AED 2000 as an insurance when I left the property the employee told me that the amount will be in my account from 7-14 days, until now since 6 Jan I did not receive my refund and I had a pic of a fake transaction When I contacted my bank they said the amount was withdrawn not reserved. I have had to read the reviews before booking with them If you want to lose your money stay with FRANK PORTER
