After living in this building for two years, there’s so much I have to say! First, all the apartments have mold and filtration issues, they just try to hide it in order to rent them. Second, security is not really there for the residents. I’ve called them a few times about the hallways getting impregnated with strong and prohibited smells (clearly not allowed in the UAE), which entered my house and disturbed me in every way. Security did nothing about it! not even contacting the police, despite me asking them to do so, which should be their job. The first time they came to my house they only said smoking inside the apartments was not allowed and that they would sort it out, but of course they never did. Third, the gym is always poorly maintained. Machines stay broken for months. A mirror was left broken for four months before it was fixed, and now new machines have also been broken for months. The last straw for me happened today, I went to the pool with my sister to take some photos with my camera (only of ourselves there's not even the amenities been shown in the photos as we placed ourselves in a cornet with green area). Suddenly, the pool manager, security, and the supervisor were called on me. They all came and told me my camera was not allowed in the pool area (which is not even mentioned in the rules that are placed when entering the poll, they allow cellphones but no cameras and its not even mentioned anywhere, when phones these days have even better camera than most cameras... make it make sense), and they were extremely rude. When I mentioned all the previous issues, they said that whatever happens inside the apartments is “not their responsibility” and that I should have called the police myself (which they had never mentioned before). The supervisor even raised his voice at me, insinuated I was in the wrong, and threatened to “post me,” whatever that means. He also tried to take photos of me and my camera, which I did NOT allow. So here’s the contradiction: I can’t use my camera at the pool, but my neighbor can fill the hallways with prohibited smells and nothing is done about it. If you have the option of not living here, don’t do it save yourself the stress. The ONLY positive thing about this building is the location. Besides that… nothing else.

The *security management of this building is extremely poor*. Whenever someone comes to deliver a parcel, they *first waste time checking ID*, and then they *don’t allow the use of the main elevator*. Instead, they *force the delivery person to use the service elevator*, which is *very far, extremely slow*, and requires the person to *walk a long distance* inside the building. This whole process wastes at least *20 to 30 minutes*. Meanwhile, the customer gets upset and blames the delivery company, but in reality, it’s the *building’s inefficient security policy* that causes the problem. If you truly want professionalism in this building, the *security system and staff behavior must be improved immediately

If there’s less than a star I would give it I signed a contract of a year unfortunately in this building . Please if you think of this place even for an Airbnb of 2/3 days it doesn’t worth 1 AED FROM YOUR POCKET. Basically the gym and pool opens at 10 am and close by 10 pm imagine in the middle of Dubai disaster right . Now hear me here imagine coming to the pool with an orange juice and the security guard will come to you while you are trying to have your moment and say that no juices are allowed @damac they said . The management 0 imagine you pay thousands per month you have a visitor who has a car haha they said no parking for visitors is available. There’s a salon behind the building it’s called brush and stroke I had to take taxis and pay extra just for salons while there’s one behind the building nobody knows about 0 marketing .now let’s talk about groceries if you come with heavy things there’s nobody in the reception to deliver the stuff. The apartment walls that are the walls of the toilet smells like hell . Enough really this tower needs to be assigned for another group who can manage . The worst experience ever .

Amazing location. Spacious flats some with canal view. One of the best maintained buildings in downtown, buisness bay areas. 5 mins to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall. Top notch security and lobby, feels like a hotel.

Amazing location, very easy access to Dubai mall and canal. It is very calm and romantic for night walks around the canal. Clean room and nice amenities.
