This is the worst building in Dubai! Worst stuff and worst rules that can exist! The building and some apartments are full of cockroaches, the Ac is smelling so bad and once again , the stuff is the worst ! I was living in this building for one year , so many problems with the apartment during this year that I don’t wish someone will pass through that. All the time when we called maintenance, even if is their job to fix things around the house like ac or cockroaches, they were asking money always for this service. The stuff from the reception is rude, they don’t have the ability to solve a problem and they sometimes don’t pay attention to it. We , as today want to move from this apartment , when I came down to the reception to ask about the ac some stuff, I went up to the apartment and the card was blocked, all our things in the house that needs to be packed and the security and manager and all of them don’t want to activate my card to go inside and to make our things done till the movers company is coming. So what we have now, a mover’s company that is coming to take our things but our things are not ready to be packed and we will be charged for the time the company will wait till this security will understand to open us the door!!! Shaking from nerves! My advice , if you want to live peacefully, you can do it but not in this building! Worst experience once again!!! I’m happy to move from here!

Been a resident at this building for 4 years and I would say excellent job keeping the residents safe, I would like to especially commend the security team And Receptionist headed by Mr Ishtiaq in properly screening visitors to the building. If you are not doing anything against the rules of the building, or the laws of Dubai, there is nothing to complain about as they are properly doing their job. Once again, thank you for keeping us safe

Great nice building but i had an issue with the security, And i notice many of the resident have same issue , i called building managment they were so helpful then the security run after me to appologize !! so any one face any issue with security or any one work in the building or reciption better to call and you will get your right back .

Awful experience, awful management, awful reception. Awful service, extremely rude security, discriminatory jail like attitude of the managers. The security will on any given day be rude to your guests and openly threaten you despite you having paid a fortune. Disappointing, inhumain, unprofessional and rude . DO NOT RENT THID BUILDING It is totally not worth the AED 120K we are paying. If you need to reach out to me, i stayed in your building there’s enough ways to reach out. Don’t expect me to put my contact details on google reviews.

It’s a nest of all kinds of insects, especially the never ending medium sized flies all over the kitchen. Do not recommend here unless you like living with swarm of flies.
