Centrally located. Close to Dubai Mall. Many Supermarkets in the vicinity. Creek is just across the road. Metro Station is a 12 minute walk away. Excellent Service & Security. Swimming pool is small, as is to be expected, but the surroundings are cool, with a good sit-out for a casual evening gathering. The Spa is amazing. And there is a quaint little Coffee Bar, which serves decent Coffee.

On a positive note, my stay was okay, room was fair and quiet and check-in was seamless and great. However, room size was smaller than i expected, cleanliness was not so on point and basically pictures did not match the reality on ground. (I expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel) Also, whilst checking out, i was told to wait by reception for them to check my room and verify if everything was okay before i was allowed to leave. I wonder why they did that since like i reckoned with the reception team, there was nothing worthy of note provided in the room while i lodged (no mini bar or refreshments for example), so why profile me and tell me to wait while housekeeping or whoever goes to verify if everything was okay in my room. Worse thing i was kept waiting for more than 20mins..Jeez!!! DAMAC Maison, you guys can actually do better.

Very rude reception specially the guy who was wearing black suit seems Egyptian . No customer service 101. Been to lots of 5star or 4 star hotels but nothing compare to the rudeness with this guy. His shift was 6:20pm at 26 May. I even greeted him with smile but his sarcastic rude approach is beyond disgusting. Please check other hotel apartment if you like good energy warm reception,. Not recommending this hotel.. I vomit

No electricity and gas for whole day, I had been forced to go out from the morning and even at midnight never recovered.I was even forced to wake up in the early morning because of fault fire alarm which is not for the first time. I am living in the room and this kind of emergency accident happens and I know, but the terrible thing is EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF in the hotel. Even I ask for any help, for wifi for example, they always refuse to do any support for this and they keep saying that IT IS TOTALLY NOT THEIR FAULT AND I HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR MORE THAN 12 HOURS, how crazy it is. I highly recommend not to stay at this crazy place if you dont wanna have any nightmare face any terrible staff.

Very nice pool and common area. Rooms are quiet. Like any other damac building the furniture is bulky, outdated, nit practical. Staff lack of positivity and they don’t seem very helpful or comunicative, except the valet parking personal. Receptionists need to work on their customer relationship/ interaction skills. Gym is quiet small and basic. Nice location, near Downtown.
