Most of the 5-star reviews here are written by real estate agents trying to rent or sell units in this development. But the reality speaks for itself. What really matters are the opinions of those who actually live here — the people who bought apartments, those who are renting, and those who are still dealing with the daily inconvenience of an unfinished community. Their experiences tell a completely different story.I have been living here since February, and I was promised by estate agent that by May both the swimming pool and the gym would be completed. However, as of now—almost July—there is no sign of a gym/pool being constructed. The construction progress is extremely slow, and nothing seems to be moving forward. If you choose MAG-980 as your residence, please don’t be surprised that a very loud generator operates 24/7 nearby, making it difficult to sleep.In addition, the sound insulation is very poor — you will clearly hear your neighbors, especially if they smoke shisha. The fire alarm can go off 3–4 times a night, and you will hear everything happening in the hallway: all of it will disturb your rest.Any noise outside your apartment will be heard clearly inside. Also, starting from July, construction work where the playground and swimming pool were supposed to be has stopped. There is no sign of the gym at all. Everything that was shown to me in the construction plans has been put on hold indefinitely.Additionally, The walls are so thin that you can clearly hear your neighbors The security here is also very poor. I have personally experienced my designated parking spot being taken by someone else at least six times. There is no proper access control—anyone can enter the community. There are no access cards, and the entrance to the parking area is not secured by a private gate. Because of this, anyone can take your parking spot. I had to call the police multiple times, and only after that I purchased my own “No Parking” sign to try to prevent this. This community is completely disappointing—there are no shops nearby, nowhere to walk, no pool, and no gym. For the amount of rent we pay, these amenities should be included. The construction quality and finishing of the apartment also leave much to be desired. I’ve written multiple complaint letters, and in over six months, I received only one reply—and even then, none of the promises were fulfilled. In a proper community, you would expect a gym, a pool, a kids’ play area, and good infrastructure—but here, there is nothing, while the rent remains unjustifiably high. The building has been inhabited since 2024, yet construction right outside my windows is still ongoing and barely progressing. There is no gym or swimming pool for such a high price. They promised me that these would be constructed by May, but still nothing. There is no designated area for delivery motorbikes. Every driver of community parks wherever they want, in any parking space.Only one elevator is working without The second is always turned off. The quality of construction and repairs in the apartment leaves much to be desired—unfinished tiles, grout marks on the walls and floor. My unit is located far from the elevator, yet I still hear the elevator arrival every single time, especially at night, because the arrival sound is not disabled . The quality of finishing is poor: The shower leaks beyond the glass panel, There is no air ventilation in the bathroom The balcony door lock broke, and it’s a huge issue to get any maintenance — even the app for submitting maintenance requests doesn’t function properly. What’s worse — for over two months, the elevator lighting keeps breaking, and the second elevator doesn’t work at all. How do you expect people to feel safe living in these conditions? I never experienced such discomfort. When I first moved in here, you even forgot to turn on the cold water, and I had to climb into the ceiling myself to open the cold water valve.This level of negligence and poor management is absolutely unacceptable.

Don’t believe the 5 stars reviews, these are agents trying to sell this community. I have completed a year in this dead place with no amenities at all and I can see from the reviews that I wasn’t the only tenant who has been told by agents that the gym and pool will open next month. I don’t where to start from. 1. The walls are super thin, aside from hearing my 2 neighbors tv from both sides. It’s thin to a point that sometimes you would hear your neighbor sneezing. 2. The finishing and the appliances quality are the worst, every day something get ruined and all the appliances are a Chinese brand that even google never heard about 3. Not a place for family at all!!! Majority of the tenants are business ladies. Majority of the owners are renting their studios on Airbnb. You will always see different people and cars every couple of days. 4. The area is very dusty, AC will start to not function and cool properly every 2 months. Every 2 months it has to be deep cleaned. 5. Last but not least and this is for me is the best surprise!!! The construction work would cause the building to shake like it’s an earthquake. So if you don’t work morning time, you will experience a shake for 7hrs a day and that’s because the infrastructure of the buildings is super poor. Don’t waste your money and your inner peace, I cannot believe that I’lm be released from this place the next month!! The only 2 points I would give to this place and to be fair: the location is the center of Dubai, one of the best locations ever. And the security guards are really friendly and helpful. TBH, whenever I call them, they would adhere and assist within couple of minutes.

No facilities, pool or gym, basic things you'd find in almost all buildings across Dubai. Maintenance is absolutely horrible, fire alarm goes off every couple of minutes, elevator under maintenance 24/7 and refusing to operate the second elevator because "building hasnt reached full occupancy", stayed 3 months with no security in the building after constant complains. No worth your money, definitely not recommended

If there were 0 stars, I would give it. I had a very bad experience with AIRBETTER, I'm staying in MAG 920 room 207. For the past three months (June-August), the Wifi was disconnected every month from the 9th to the 14th. Now since August 15th, the electricity has been completely out. Imagine staying in 50°C heat without AC, internet, gas, or light — it's unbearable and has disrupted my work and daily life. I requested a refund, but instead of addressing the problem, the company only offered me free cleaning. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this company or their community.
