It's funny how phase 2 will be handed over before phase 1.. not sure how they think in MAG or why they promise costumers false info. Had to pay rent for 2 extra years because of all the delay. I have no idea when I can move to what they call "home".. from one of the best developers to one of the worst đź‘Ś

My investment in MAG City project has became a major disappointment to say the least. Over one year delay in completion (still not finished). Financial issue - developer just before the handover increased the price by 15-20% by forcing us to pay for an additional useless space that was not included in the original design. The look and feel, and finishes have changed completely. Cheap materials and design changes that downgraded the project. Most employees we dealt with felt embarrassed and couldn’t help us… it is a one man’s business - sadly MAG founder’s legacy is not being carried by the current management. MAG is not worth my money, time nor the stress that they caused me. The most unethical developers that I have ever experienced.
